Meet Maggie
Hi, I'm Maggie. I offer complementary therapies and run personal development workshops inspired by the work of Louise Hay.
My career actually started in a very different place. I spent nearly 20 years in the security industry, eventually working my way up to management. It was an incredibly fast-paced and demanding environment, but I didn't fully realise the toll it was taking on me until mid-2018 when I hit a wall with emotional burnout.
The Arbor Method
Empowering change for a brighter tomorrow
Growth Over Fixes
We don’t believe you are broken, so we aren’t here to fix you. We provide the soil, the tools, and the guidance for you to grow through your recurring patterns and realign with your true self.
The Arbor Method
Our proprietary blend of narrative restructuring, breathwork, and energetic healing. It’s a practical framework designed to move you from intellectually understanding your trauma to physically releasing it.
Immersive Education
Through half-day workshops and multi-day retreats, we create a "connected disconnection", a grounded sanctuary where you can silence the noise and safely explore your inner landscape.
Sensory Anchoring
Healing must be integrated into the body. We use tangible tools, from moon-charged elixirs to specific oils to "anchor" the breakthroughs you make in our sessions into your daily life.

Services
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that supports the body, mind, and emotions through deep relaxation and balance. It involves light touch, or sometimes no touch at all, with the intention of allowing energy to flow more freely throughout the body.
At its core, Reiki is about creating a space where the body can begin to relax, restore, and naturally rebalance itself.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet. These points are believed to correspond to different areas of the body, allowing the whole system to be supported through touch.
This therapy is deeply relaxing and is most commonly used to help reduce stress and anxiety. Many people find that during a session, their body begins to soften, their breathing slows, and they enter a calm, restorative state. In today’s busy and often overwhelming world, creating space for this kind of relaxation can be incredibly powerful.
